Where is the best place to find...

Where in the game will i have the highest chances of finding:


1. a 3 socket zakarum shield preferably with resist bonuses

2. fire damage small charms

3. a 3 socket shield that is about as good as a zakarum


(not sure if zakarum is significantly better than the other elites, or if it is only slightly better)

1. Zakarum is in TC84, so any place with mlvl 80+ will give you a chance of finding them. The higher the regular monster level, the better are your chances of finding them.

2. Fire damage SC can drop anywhere in the game. The strongest ones (Fiery prefix 10-19 Min, 20-29 Max) can only be made from a SC dropped by Nihlathak, Baal, or Diablo in Hell.

I'd recommend hell cows or any lvl 85 area you like to run. Sacred Targe is the "best" shield due to it having highest block and lowest str reqs.
