Mini uber zone alvls

I've heard that the mini ubers are lvl 110. I've also heard that the alvls where they spawn(forgotten sand, furnace, matrons den) are also lvl 110. I was hoping someone could verify these two things for me.

And if they are both true:

1. Does that mean mobs killed there are lvl 110 and can give good xp, and drop anything in the game?

2. The diabloii.net page on grand charm affixes says that the vita suffix can yield +46-50 life if the charm is ilvl 110...so can mobs in these places drop a 50life pcomb skiller?

3. Would these places be good spots to mf or gain xp as long as I've got the portal open?

1/ Simple answer, no. Mlvl 80-something from memory.
2/ Again, no. There's no way those charms can be dropped as ilvl is capped at 99.
3/ I've found them to be decent spots for MF although I haven't properly looked into the drop calculations. There was a thread regarding the stats around here recently, damned if I can find it though.
