possible bug :(

so i recently had a zon rushed to hell and leveled to 25 in cows last night. i gave her the equipment she needed for a mf javazon... today i log on and my char is not only converted to expansion but also ladder and shes at level zero. shes also a matriarch and cant join any games. what should i do?! and whats going on??? i can join other games just fine with other chars though...

should i just delete her and remake :( (i paid someone silks and tarn to rush and help me level her)

wow, i even lost a tarn, twitch, +1 zon pris ammy, and a death set. how lame. :thumbsdown:

contact blizzard, they will repair it

it's probably a server side bug

make screenshots of her
and join channels :D

i tried to contact blizz off the channel and they dont respond. any ideas how to get a hold of them?
