sorc's merc's helm

I am wondering:
1) could dream be nice for a sorc's a2 merc ?
2) In which helm should I make it ?

Do not make a Dream for your mercenary. Use Andariel's Visage, or, in the worst case, Tal Rasha's helm or Vampire Gaze. Your merc needs leech to survive, trust me, I know that from personal experience.

My personal favorite is an eth vgaze, runner up is my dear friend, Tal's hat.

Which one of eth vgaze or eth andy's is the best for a a2 merc ?

Just wondering: will the +2 skills of andy's boost my merc's might ?

Pfft, use a Radiance! (I wonder if anyone EVER makes on of those)

Personally, I prefer Gaze as well. LL, and DR% sell me on it. Andy's is nice too, but I don't feel the need to put that much wealth on a Merc. Hell, most of my Merc's are just sporting a Tal's.

The +2 does boost his innate aura. I still prefer Gaze though since DR% can help him to stay alive. On the flip side, so can the IAS though, just so long as he isn't put in hit recovery which DR% can help with.

I just hate making up the FR on Andy's. You can, say, Cham a Gaze for CBF if you want, but with Andy's, it tends to be Ral'd or FR jewel'd. Infinity/Insight and a runeword armor means just helm for a socket.
