I have an item that has a character level requirement of level 11. If I socket the item and put in a -15% requirement jewel or whatever, what will the new level requirement for the item be?
Obviously I can do the math, but I was just wondering about the rounding because it would be awesome if I could use it for lvl 9 duels and messing around.
