Es Light Sorc Pvp Question!

I want to know how is ES working.. should I put all my stats in energy? how manny mana should I have... well.. how is it working help me plz :O
what is the best life/mana ratio if im a light sorc?.. all in man?

If you don't get any life you will be very vulnerable to open wounds/poison. Get poison resist high and ignore other resistances for the most part (if you have 95% ES). I'd say 800 life and at the very least 2000 mana would be the bare minimum otherwise you'll run out of mana too easily or die from any source of open wounds/poison. I'm sure you could get much higher than 800/2000 tho.

hmm.. well.. I dont know how many mana and life ratio I can get.. Frostburn + 2x sojs etc... 95 % es = 40 pts in ES?.. can someone link me all the stuff to reach the 40 pts?? thx
