what should i do with my e.shield

i have been doing alot of thinking about my skills and this is what i have came up with so far. im stuck with the energy sheild skill. im not sure how many points i should put on it. please feel free to tell me where im going wrong because i haven't even played the game yet. just been reading forms and char builds.

5 - warmth

1- frozen armor
20- frozen orb
20- c. mastery

1- static
1- teleport
?- e.sheild
20- t.storm
20- light mastery

i would love to be able to magic find with her and maybe even duel with her but she would mostly be PvM-Mf

cold mastery is capped at -100 so 20 points might not be needed with a couple +skills.

yes but it is not worth it to have more than 17 points including +skills
