I did about 10 runs of Hell Andy and Hell Meph (the last few runs I did only Meph) and the best items I found were Bloodfists, Gloom's Belt, and Dragoon's Teaching. None of which are very good (other than maybe the belt). How many runs does usually take to come upon good (or even really good) items? I didn't expect to come across "godlies" on my first couple runs but I did expect to end up with a little bit better results after 10 runs.

Almost forgot to say that I have 264 mf and I'm using a meteorb sorc.

10 runs? ive gone 50 before and gotten nothing to speak of.Just be patient and keep runningit will eventually come.

People can go through hundreds of runs without any godlys. I got an arachs in my first 20 runs of mephy, but then after another 60 haven't gotten another.

By the way, you may be surprised at some places where good items can drop. That said Eldritch has dropped a perfect (141 defense) Shako for me, and earlier his minion dropped me a 98 defense one.

It all boils down to:

I've had 30+ runs and not seen a single thing worth picking up. It happens. Of course, I've also seen 5 runs where I got a whole bunch of really nifty items. I had both steelrends and a fathom drop in chaos in the space of a half an hour. So, yeah, luck.

If I found an item every run that has the equivalent usefulness of bloodfists.....

I found at atleast 33 flawless gems, ( 50 runs ) made 7 perfects, and traded them for a WaterWalk and a Tal's Orb. It is what you *make* of what you find. Im still running Bishbone and Griz for a tarn right now.

I like to mf when "i feel like there's something to discover". In that way i have found 3 maras from hell dia.
