Just wondering if I should use an unique trident with these stats 30% IncreasedAtkSpeed 40% EnhanDmg -50% TargetDef 25% Target Slow
+15 Str +8 Dex, or a berserker helm with ax.

it can work on a so called WOEbarb, but I wouldnt expect any astonishing results, it's rather more of an inferiour weapon

I dont think a zealot could use it neither, because this weapon has low damage and requires two hands - and a zealot without shield would have many problems

you should search for a higher damage weapon

woestove is mostly used on woe-barbs made by people who are bored with the game and test weird build orders

It should be like any other weapon -- use it until you find a better one. The attack speed, defense reduction and slow will be very nice for a while, but eventually, you'll find yourself wanting higher damage.

I see, how about if I use berserker ax, with a helm?

Combined Bezerker Axe and Bezerker helm are quite nice, since the helm will give you Attack Rating. That in turn will allow you to hit more often. Maybe you will also find the armor at some point to complete the set. Mind you, even the axe and helm combined will lose their charm eventually, for the same reason Zioth mentions you'll want to get rid of that trident some time.

if you are very poor you could consider using cleglaw's sword (with the gloves?) or civerb's cudgel, because they get additional damage per level, but dont expect fantastic results from them
