How do you hit 200% fcr?

I've been trying to figure it out but I keep ending up with about 175%.

hoto or wizzy 40 or 50
10 fcr amu or 20 fcr amu 10 or 20
vipermagi or ormus 30 or 20
trangs or magefist 20
arach or caster belt 20 or 10
spirit or lidless 35 or 20
fcr ring or soj/bk 10 or 0
fcr ring or soj/bk 10 or 0

as a light sorc (griffons) you can hit 220 fcr so there's a little room for variation, fire sorcs (magic/rare circs) get 5% less from the hat however so need 1 more source, very little choice. Pretty much just whether you can afford a 20 fcr amu (which gives you more versatility to stick sorb on the fcr-less ring slot) or just go with 2 fcr rings, or give up the skills/rep/dex on hoto for 10 fcr, more res and a socket on wizzy which frees a ring.
