[HCLE] ISO 4os+ armor with low reqs

i'm looking for armor with 4 sockets or more, that say... a level 30 ish could wear... around 70 str.. post offer and price

The only armor that meets those requirements is a Gothic Plate:

128-135 Defense, 70 Str, 4 sockets max.

At level 50ish, you could use a 4os Dusk Shroud, but the str requirement is 77.
