Just asking what's FCR?

Faster Cast Rate - i.e. how fast you cast spells.

Every animation uses some time, right? In Diablo 2, each second is divided into 25 frames. Say, with 0 FCR, a casting animation takes, umm, for example, 12 frames. With more FCR, you are able to reduce the amount of frames as your character is waving his/her arms, etc.
