I've just started Diablo classic again, and I was just wondering how you know what monsters drop what items. For instance these items *wink*
Helm: Iratha's Coil
Weapon: Spectral Shard
Shield: 3-Socket PDiamond Large Shield
Armor: Twitchthroe
Gloves: Iratha's Cuff
Boots: FHR 3x FR/LR/PR* or 2x FR/LR/PR* Boots OR Hotspur
Belt: Iratha's Cord
Left Ring: FCR 2x FR/LR/PR*
Right Ring: FCR 2x FR/LR/PR*
Amulet: Iratha's Collar

Even monsters with the highest chance to drop a specific item only have a chance of 0.1 to drop that item. The ones you list can be found by just running around, killing monsters. I'm relatively sure all of those can be dropped by every monster in nightmare. except for a 3 socket perfect diamond large shield. You can buy the large shield at normal Charsi and then you just need to find diamonds in any form, upgrade* them per 3 of the same type until you have a perfect diamond, then put that diamond in your shield.
* = to upgrade gems requires you have 3 gems of the same type and the same color, so for instance 3 chipped ametheists can be put into your Horadric cube, hit transmute and you'll have 1 flawed ametheist.
It looks like you are following a guide. When gear is listed on a guide, it's gear to strive for. So in your case, when you start out with nothing, you find items and eventually, when you find one of the items listed, you start using it if you haven't gotten attached to your current gear that is. :)
So upgrade as you go along. You cannot look for specific items by killing specific monsters. This isn't WoW. :)
Kill monsters you can kill with relative ease, when those monsters become too easy, you move on to more difficult monsters.

Oh, so that's it. I was used to playing like Maplestory and Silkroad so I was pretty confused. Well thanks.
