A bit more help

Will Jary, or someone with a shock summoner plz help me with kinda how they have there hotkeys set up, I was trying to watch Jary's vids, but he moves through them too dang fast for me to catch it. And im strugglin.

Your not using the F1, F2, F3 Hot keys for your main skills right? If so they should only be used for your Battle orders and other buff spells.

Most people use the A,S,W,D and around those keys for there Hotkey skills. Just picture them as a small Triangle like the Arrow keys.

Thanks Kiba, I think I have it set up in a way thats somewhat benificial for switching from bow, to bear and shock, to griz and tele using your triangle example...just other summons like oak and HoW im having to manually bring up. Ah well, i'll get the jist of it.

I think practicing with hotkeys you feel are comfortable is going to be a better setup than what other people use.

I'm so well adjusted to the F-Keys, that I have too hard of time switching. It's almost permanently ingrained into my head that F1 was always teleport on all my characters.

I think I might just put a little practice in Kiba's hotkeys since it is definatly a well thought out setup.

I used both for awhile but wound up sticking with the ASD setup. It's much smoother with heavy skill users *coughGhostcough* who use 7-10 skills in a duel O_o.

Currently im using ASD, WE, with my pinky on shift and R for my wep switch, W and E presses at the same time is Werebear and Shockwave, A and D are guided arrow and teleport, S brings back Grizzly. :scratch:

I like to group my hotkeys together for what they are used by.
I have not played a Shock Summoner (even though they looks so fun!), but I imagine it is similiar to a Shaman, so here are is my thoughts.
S - Tele
D - Grizzly
ZX - Bear + Shockwave
C - GA

Wow... That is a lot simpler than what I thought it would be (but then again, I am playing a Mage a bit lately, stupid aura/skill associations.)...

Maybe it would be easier to leave Shockwave on left click at all times and then cycle through the rest on right click. It saves you one hot-key space and one key-press.

@Verashidan: Ghost are not that bad... I only use 9 hotkeys max when dueling (when I use Wof, LS, CoS and Dragon Flight, which is pretty damn rare...) and usually only 5-6. There are 5 prebuff keys though...
