Towndump Bear Gear Complete?

I am doing the towndump bear build and I got most of the stuff here. I feel like I am almost ready for Ubers. Here is what I got so far equip wise.

Equipment
Weapon: Double Shael'd IK Maul
Switch: Dark Clan Cudgel/Spirit Monarch
Helm: 190 Jalal's Mane (not socketed and can you up it?)
Ammy: 413 AR, 334 Def, 32 resist Metalgrid (I did the math and I can actually live without the resists. If I can get 19 CR, I'll have maxed out resist)
Armor: AP CoH
Gloves: IK Gloves
Belt: IK Belt
Boots: IK Boots
Rings: 230AR, 19 Dex Dwarf Star/9 LL 135 Def vs Missile Carrion Wind
Charms: 15/14/6 Anni (maybe upgrade this?), 18/17 Dtorch, 2 Summoning Skills GC (one with Str), 1 Shapeshifting Skills (I want to get two more), 13 resist 1 max dmg GC (won't need this and probably trading), 7frw 4 max dmg 23 ar GC (just filler for now), 4 FHR sc.

Stats with gear
Str: 236
Dex: 97
Vitality: 378
Energy: 73
Health (in bear): 3148
Mana (in bear): 336
AR (in bear with merc): 8530
Defense (in bear): 4552
Maul Dmg: 2127-3753

In my stash I have a Guillame's Helm and Dracs. Is there anything I need to improve on? Thanks!

Don't forget to prebuff with Treachery before you go down there. Also, max res means nothing until you kill Meph. You NEED at least 150 stacked res to negate his Conviction Aura.

Dude...I officially hate Lilith. I got her down to a lot but then she keeps killing me in the end. I swear, I am really close in quitting this Uber bear and just give up on it. I am using the above items except I socketed a 11 res jewel on guillame and was using Drac's on her. I mean it looked good for awhile but when I equip those two items, my AR dies and its like 3k. What should I do guys?
