Does weaken/decrepify override battle cry/taunt and/or vice-versa?

I belive so, yes. Amp, Terror and Dim Vision will, too.

However, the 'behavior' effect of Taunt may linger a while, I think.

Thanks for the answer jiansonz. Now that i think of it, the answer you gave is the only one that makes sense. All of these should override eachother. If decrepify + high level battle cry for example would stack it would be possible to completely nullify enemy damage.

Enhanced damage% is lower capped at -95% anyway.
