Is it possible to shop wands with charges of amp or decrepify?

No, It is not possible to shop charges or Amp or Decrp.

Steelspell for Decrp or Gavel of Pain for Amp are option for charges of both. Then of course weapons with ctc both.

Wands don't have Amp Charges. Not sure about Decrepify.

You could shop a wand of chance to cast Amp.... But, that's not really the same...

If you are a Javazon who uses CS or Fury alot, I would recommend using a Low Resist Charges wand, those can be shopped easy enough. They also break a decent amount of LI's but being as how they will still have high Light res, they can still take a while to take down.

My zon is level 35 and was having trouble taking down Baal -no cb, crap gear all around- I was just hoping to find a way to whittle Baal down faster or more easily.

Level up some more. Javazons use skill fueled damage. Thus, if you want more damage, you need more skill points or more +skill giving gear.

And 35 seems pretty early to be taking Baal down solo.

Depending on your attack speed, Atma's Scarab amulet is a cheap option for ctc lvl 2 (lasts 11 secs) amplify. If your zon is a bowa using multishot or strafe, this will trigger very often.

A Java at 35 built with Charged Strike boosted should kill Baal quickly but I am guessing you leveled up Fury or others?

Yep went for more of the passive and magic skills for survival early on; at level 31 (her level when I asked the question) my zon was having trouble killing Baal solo, but now at level 35 it's not a problem anymore
