PvP Berzerk barb?

I was in a pub game and there was a Berzerk barb who had fast tele and would 1 hit almost all the chars in there..I dont get how a berzerk barb could be so good in pvp but does anyone know of gear id use for one?I know he didnt use doomz or beastz because he had no aura's around him.

Of course there was always the possibility that he was cheating, pure berserk barbs are normally not in the top of the food chain.

also you were in a pub game.. aka most people probably had no clue what they were up against.
