So I was using my BvC against a couple zons... It made quick work of them for a while and then one could suddenly kill me with 1 hit. I don't get it... that's not even the worst part. What really pissed me off was that I could be a full screen away and still get hit... can someone explain to me wtf was going on??????

no it was cs... that i'm sure of... cuz it left massive amounts of charge in the wake of my body. ok so it was a hack. I'm content then... @!$!#%!@%#@!$$ I HATE HACKERS! =) good day.

Stop bypassing the wordfilter please and put on some light absorb/max light res items. Make sure to have some stacked light res so that max res on items will actually work and not just be displayed :)
You need around 245 lr (potentially -100 hell penalty, -20 faceted shield, -15 tstrokes, -25 griffons, + 0 anya bug = 85), tgods, 1 wisp. You won't feel any need for 2 wisps.

Don't stand there and let them hit you, just jump them and shortwhirl so they can't get any hits off. Works 97% of the time even with low res.
If they're still on your minimap they can hit you legitimately, same idea as delayed teleporting, they may have selected you with unsummon/throw and then you moved away from them agreed to fight and then you get killed straight away.
Just thinking out loud rather than acuse people of using hacks, especially when you dont know the full story....
The amount of times ive been accused of using FC in pubs because they didnt know about delayed teleporting. (and in some cases that they didnt know you can increase the resolution of the screen lol!!)

It is possible to legitimately farcast with CS

Yeah, but even those who can do it can't do it consistently. I've seen videos of it and it only goes of like once in every five attempts. Then again, I'm not sure if he was just standing in lock range so you could be right.

I play a....lot! Too much. And i have yet to see someone try to duel in pubs with legit farcast. Now I've seen many people claim to legitly do it, but suddenly i get hit w/ 5-10 very quickly in a row from off screen...lol.

Problem is that with that method you HAVE to be on the other character's screen for it to work, and the OP said that he was off-screen in the fight.

Not true. They just have to be able to catch an initial namelock, for which you'll have to be on their screen for a second. Once they have a namelock they can legitly fc you offscreen as long as the namelock doesnt break.
Of course if you see someone start to fc you offscreen without ever having the chance to namelock first then you know its a cheat.
Speaking of legit fcers, was just dueling two the other day on d2pk:

Not really good players, a bit slow at namelocking if you ask me, but they were pretty consistent with legit fcing when they did catch locks on me. Of course well timed teleports and shadow stacking can be used to avoid the fc hits even if they do fc correctly.
I might reupload the vid in a bit just cause the music got mixed kinda low for some reason. <.<

oh yeah, the average bnet cs zon drops like a fly compared to these builds. As far as I remember with my bnet experience the fc cheat users especially were really ****ty builds under their cheats, not really a problem at all except in team bm where someone may have a serious cs build with fc, the ones in pubs were jokes usually. The players that took the time to get good with legit gameplay usually had much stronger builds, still nothing like the d2pk ones tho.
I remember pking fc users on east with nats set ww. <.<
