I just found a pelt with +2 elemental +2 twister +2 fissure. I thought that a +2 druid skills, +3nado, +3cane would be the best, but this pelts stats suggest that a +3 ele, +3nado, +3cane could drop. Is that possible?

On a rare helm? No. On a magic, yes.

these stats are on a rare helm. it did seem odd when i found it.

+2 ele skills is the max for a rare pelt, but +3 can spawn on a magic one.
