Socketing a Magic Circlet - can someone help me out?

So I just got a 2 PnB/20 FCR/no OS Necro Circlet. Will Larzuk definitely give this thing two sockets, should I use a cube formula, or what?

No cube, but Larzuk does have a chance to give 2 sockets. It's not CERTAIN, but I'd give it a shot anyways.

if you use the cube recipe (3 flawless/chipped gems + itam) it will re-roll the stats on the item and add either 1 or 2 sockets (a REALLY bad idea seeing as your hat is already pretty nice)

so give it to Larzuk and hope he's feeling generous. it's a 50/50 shot mate. best odds you'll get.

on another note, if that hat is a "circlet" (not coronet/tiara/diadem) then it should have a level req of 30. makeing it a very nice lld hat, especially if Larz gets it right.
