Charging up CoT 1 and Phoenix Meteor

With CoT and PS at 27 points each, I have a good boss-killer combo.

The first chargeup of CoT is huge and has no last-delay, and the Meteor and splash damage are a great follow-up. Getting that one charge on each is HARD. Sometimes it helps to turn BoS off. Here's what I'm doing-

hotkey for PS is R
hotkey for CoT is Q

I name-lock the boss and just keep alternating RQRQRQRQRQRQRQR until I get one of the two charged.

The other thing I tried was to get PS charged once, and then try to charge CoT 1.

Is there a better way?

Is it me or does it sound like you have trouble hitting bosses? In that case I might recommend some AR boosting items, like the Angelic ring/ammy combo, Metalgrid, AR charms, Eth runes in claws etc. I am no expert in assassins (more like complete noob), but I want to build a martialsin, so I am concerned.

It's not as bad as whiffing. One click is scoring 2 charges really fast because my IAS is 63%. Instead of getting on charge I get 2 or (even worse) three. Too fast. Turning off BoS reduces that, but it's still a crapshoot.
