Zeal
Smite
Maul bear
FC bear
Foh
Singer barbs are weak in lld, mld, hld
I've never seen a nova sorc
Fohers are easily stacked against
Zeal-One of the main melee
Smite-Don't see much of these but exists
FC bear-Haven't encountered one yet
Maul-Haven't encountered this either but there is a guide if you search for it.
Edit:
Maul

PnB necs, hammerdins and fire sorcs are the main ones.

if you're going to be pubbing as a team i suggest hammerdin and bowazon. you dont list them, but it's a very good 2 person team.

Blizz sorc's, Java zons (poison and lite), regen hammerdins, libby's, mages, they're all chars that can do quite a number in pubs, especially regen hammerdins... those guys sometimes just NEVER seem to die or take dmg. Not to mention out of all of those, the hammerdin is the cheapest to make and practice with until your ready to spend hr's, etc on the better items.
IIRC starter gear usually looks like this (and is rather close to regen hammer gear):
Pcrown (socketed with a Pskull)
Vipermagi (socketed with a Pskull)
Spirit Sword
Spirit Sheild (40+ res if you can)
String of Ears
Magefists
Sanders
2x 10 fcr rings (any additional mods welcome)
1 pala/2 combat ammy w/ anything from fcr/life/mana/rep/res
Switch with a Insight staff (as close to 17 medi as possible)
charms: any res/life/mana charms you can get.
If you dont have fcr on the ammy, then the Spirits just need to add up to 55 fcr. All the break points are easy to get on them, 125 fcr, 86 fhr, max res, high mana, some life rep, its all there.

If they're available, SoJ's boost a 30 hdin's damage tremendously (and the fcr rings aren't necessary to hit 125% fcr).
If you're going full regen, then maxed prayer will make you pretty much invincible if you want to run away to heal for 20 seconds every now and then. That is also rather lame and boring IMO; however, 1pt prayer and cleansing as a vigour pre-req, with +skills and insight on switch provides some decent regen - which is excellent incentive for a defensive opponent to become offensive.
Using an insight rune staff (and investing in vigour) also gives the option of a fairly powerful charge on your weapon switch.
I'm also of the opinion that cow king's boots are better - you'll be charging to move around usually, so the frw won't be that useful - same for the AR.
----------
On your list, IMO singers, nova sorcs and Fohers are not viable (some will disagree with me about foh, in particular regen foh) due to lack of damage. The other 4 are all viable in melee pubs, however as with most melee in lld, weaker than casters.
Fireclaws ought to be fairly amusing in pubs for cries of wtfhax after you one-hit-kill someone (or for refusing to take noticeable amounts of damage).
