Assuming it was from Hell Baal, yes. But personally, I would try for a skiller with +life (or another good mod) instead of just +life.

Anyway, it doesn't HAVE to have 40+ life. I mean.. If I rolled a Baal GC and got something like a Chilling of Sustenance (Cold GC with 25 or so life), I wouldn't exactly reroll it. ^^.

If you want to sell it as a baal gc it needs proof. If you miraculously roll a skiller with +40 life, that is some hrs for you.
