socketing black hades?

ok so i'm using black hades on my merc for his armor but i'm wondering what i should socket it with?

some basics would maybe be skulls for life leach?
or some runes.. not sure


anyone have some suggestions?

i socketed mine with 3x pearl jewels of fervor =)

but i'm pretty sure there are other options for a merc. ias jewels, prubies for more life, pamethysts so they can equip a colossus voulge, ptopaz for more mf etc..

no skulls for leech. that only applies when socketed in weapons.

i think getting some jewels would probably be best then.

You could try some PRubies for life. Mercs can never get enough life.
Sol for PDR is also an option.

I would add IAS jewels.

BTW, if it's ethereal and your merc already has 220 str (e.g. from Andariel's Visage), upgrade it.
