runeword required levels

ive been searching around for the required levels for insight and infinity but nothing seems to show up..does it only depend on the item you put the runewords in?

how are the reqs determined? how does eth affect it? thanks!

I think it is based on the rlvl of the item you put the runes in, and, of course, the rlvl of the runes themselves. I.e. you won't be wearing a BotD until lvl 69, because Zod has an rlvl of 69.

so it will be determined by the rlvl of the item or the rlvl of the highest rune whichever is the higher one? can someone confirm please?
