This is my new build for a frenzy barb, thou is still needs a little help:

Gear: * means I am unsure
Helm: Arreats
Weapon A: EBOTDZ
Shield A: EDEATHZ
Weapon B: Gimmer
Shield B: Gimmer
*Belt: SoE/Dungo’s
*Armour: CoH (In Archon Plate?)
Gloves: LoH
Boots: Gores
Amulet: Highlords
Ring One: Ravenfrost
*Ring Two:Rare: AR, Leech, Res

Skills:

1 - bash
1 - double throw
10 - double swing (Max last)
20 - frenzy
1 - leap
1 - leap attack (For sticky situations/skipping meph)
20 - axe mastery
1 - increased stamina
1 - increased run/walk
1 - stone skin
1-3 - natural resists
1 - howl
5 - shout
20 - Battle Orders
1 - Battle Command
15 - taunt

Stats:

Str: Enough to meet armor
Dex: Enough to meet reqs for weps
Vit: Rest
Energy: None

I'd put a point in WarCry too.

SoE always for PVM, IMO. Leech and MDR are too good to pass up.

You might want something with higher defense than CoH. You'll be right in the middle of things and won't have a shield. I'd think seriously about a nice Gloom Archon Plate...

It does help, but you don't HAVE to do it.
