hi, can som1 tell me the max ias a frenzy barb can have
and how much ias i need for max bp .

The lowest (and therefor fastest) breakpoint for frenzy is 5 frames per attack, or 5fpa.
What dictates IAS to get 5fpa depends on:

1. What base weapon you equip to BOTH main and off hand.
2. What IAS your main hand weapon only has.
3. What IAS from off weapon like gloves|belt|ammy etc..

Then, and only then, can you work out what total IAS you need to hit the last breakpoint (5fpa)

2x botd = 60+60 = 120 ias + frenzy skil

do i break max bp

or do i n 15ias juvel in my helmet and wear nosferatu

I just said main weapon only counts ias, so 60% from botd not 120% from two of them.

On-hand is glove side.

It's the weapon you equip first, actually. If you weapon-switch and then switch back, or have just entered a game, there is no "first", and the game defaults your main weapon to the one above your gloves.

noob question: Which side is "main wep" left or right?

Warning: nerd knowledge!

I just found out how to get the game to demonstrate how it works: equip a throwing weapon and a melee weapon and put throw on your left click. Depending on the order you equip them (or depending on side as peterpaulrubens explained), you can either use throw or not.

Shame (although not much of a surprise) that your gosubarb is on ladder since you are so eager to prove yourself in-game...

that all info he need if he knows it
