Viable Set-up for general PvP?

Like Title says, will this be a PvP-viable set-up?

Weapons: DoomZ + BeastZ
Switch: 2x Hoto
Helm: Arreat (working?)
Armor: Enigma or Fortitude (which will be best for general PvP?)
Belt: Verdungo
Jewelery: Highlord's + 2x Raven
Boots: Gore Rider
Gloves: Bloodfist

Skills..
20 Whirlwind
20 Axe Mastery
20 Battle Orders
10-20 Shout
1-10 Natural Resistance
1-5 Increades Speed
1 Berzerker
1 Increased Stamina
1 Iron Skin
1 War Cry

So now to the questions:
- Will the weapons work?
- Enigma or Fortitude?
- Will Arreat work for this build or is there better choices?
- Is there something I should change in my skills?

for each char you need to change gear i can't say if it's good or not.
bvb or bvc or pvm. Skills are ok, if u n more res u can give natural
