This 3os Barb Helm Worth keeping?

I found a 3os superior barb horn helm type (exceptional or elite, i forgot)
it has the +3 to natural resistance and +1 to run/walk

the +3 is a huge boost, and the superior can't hurt either. is this worth keeping? and how much would it worth to the right barb?

Not a great helm, if you compare it with Arreat's (all helms are compared with this). You only boost 2 skills that really don't need boosting. Natural resistance is useful but with the right equipment it already has enough bonuses and this helm adds maybe +5% to your resistances.

Arreats gives you +2 to all Barb skills, +2 to combat skills, +20 strength and dex, +30% resists and other great mods. And it's available for a Lem max (on ladder).

The 3 sockets means you could make delirium, but I would really look for some better skill bonuses before I'd invest an Ist.

edit: if you are untwinked keep it until you find something better.

baba helms for delirium need +3 to stuff like battle orders, shout, ironskin, warcry... maybe some +to find item
