If I want to do ubers with some other players. Do we all need the keys, or does just one person need them?

just one person needs 3 different keys, 3 times (it's best that you make the three portals in one game, so that you get each portal and each level only once)

the rest can jump in the portals just as the secret cow level portal, you cant make tp's in UT though... :p
