FAITH vs 7 FPS

I am planning to use a Matriarchal Bow. Say I got REALLY unlucky after socketing the runes and end up with only lvl Fanaticism (think that's the lowest), how much more IAS would I need to reach 7fps?

With that said, let's expand the question a little bit...
what about with Grand Matron Bow?
what about with Hydra Bow?

With matriarchal it's not that important. 40% instead of 35% iirc. With GMB you'll need a new faith unless you want ias'd armour, 100 IAS instead of 95 needed (20 gloves 20 amu 10 belt 45 helm = 95). Hydras and GMBs are the same base speed, [10]. Check out this calc.

I think it is 50% for low lvl fana or 45% for fana>lvl14 (MB).
