should i reroll this charm?

i got a small charm that's 3 resist all + 1-25 lightning damage from a minion of destruction in nightmare. how many times can i reroll this charm to try to get a 5 resist all (i think i read somewhere that the ilvl goes down when you reroll it)? which type of perfect gems should i use (i heard it's best to keep amethysts and topazes)?

why would you waste pgems on an item from NM?

rolling magic items with the 3 pgems in the cube will not lower ilevel, rerolling rares with 6 pskulls wil lower the ilevel of the item.

so you can keep rolling it until you get the 5 all res charm but the chances are very slim. like Copilot said, stop rolling that charm and get your hands on a hell-found grand charm and try to roll that into a skiller.

and for your last question, don't use amytists and ruby's since those are worth 1.5x-2x the amount of the other pgems since there used for crafting, so its better to trade those for other pgems.

For rerolling it doesn't matter which pgems/pskulls you use. Most people want to keep the Pamethysts for crafting. I wouldn't reroll it anyway, since it's not that valueble to have a plain allres sc. It might take forever to get it or you could be lucky and get it on the first roll. I'd just use it as is.
