Values of standard uniques

From lurking around over the past week or so, I've gotten the idea that the SOJ is a standard unit of trade, and that a gull, also a standard unit, is worth less than a SOJ. Other than that, I've seen nothing about the values of rares.

Does anyone have rough estimates for the values of the standard rares that everyone seems to want?

How many gulls equal one SOJ?
What are Ward, Silk, Twitchthroe, Goldwrap, Magefist, Tarnhelm, Tearhaunch, Rattlecage, Perfect Nagel, Eye of Eldich, Wormskull, Shard, Ravenclaw and other popular uniques worth?
