well i have a lvl 78 zealot and my resistances are really low...do you suggest that i spend all newcoming stat points on salvation? then i completely cant use fanaticism?!or should i try to find charms or change my gear completely on "+x all resistances" stuff?:sad2:

you can only have 1 aura active at all times. so when you use salvation, you can't use fanaticism. so charms and gear are the better ways to raise your resists..

btw, paladins shouldn't have any problems with resists due to wielding a shield. find a paladin shield with high resists and socket it with 4 pdiamonds. that should raise your resists considerably =)

Don't underestimate the shield with 4 PDiamonds as mentioned above. While people scoff at it as it doesn't have +skills or other bonuses, it covers all your resistance needs in one package, leaving you free to equip anything else you want.

Another good, inexpensive option is the Sanctuary runeword.

Yea, 4os pally shield with 4 pdiamonds, or if you want some other stats, find a 2os pally shield with big base resists (40+), and put in shael eth for rhyme. Not as many resists, but it gives some other bonuses like block. Sacntuary is great, but that mal makes it not so inexpensive.

Also, Smoke (nef lum) is pretty good. 50 resists. I put mine in a 2os archon plate.

that shield can only be socketed one time by the socket quest. keep ur eyes open for a white elite pally shield with nice base res, then itll get 3-4 socks for pdiamonds
