unhandled exception server error( different than below)

Ok, everytime I click on diablo II the screen justs goes black and a error comes up that say "unhandled exception server violation 0000006" I have reintalled it 10 + times and the same thing happens. I can't play the game at all, the screen just goes black and the error pops up. I am really frusterated because my xp will run pretty much any game there is (oblivion, two worlds, ect.). And not only that, if I return it back to amazon, I can only get 50% percent of my money back.
In the instruction guide it said 2000 or xp needs admisistrators apoval? I'm not sure if 'I' trying to install it on my profile would have somthing to do with that since there are multiple profiles on my computer.

XP has several access levels.

EG: Guest, standard user and admin. If your parents have admin level and you have standard user, you need to ge them to install it.

If you bring up start menu and control panel. Look at user accounts. It will have the profile and their access rights.

EDIT. Rats. Graphics drivers?

I just looked. Under all three accounts, it says computer administratior.
