Bearsin question

So I'm planning out making a bear sin. It's gonna be primarily pvm with some pvp for fun on side. So the Biggest question, what's the ias needed to hit 3 fpa. from other threads I gather 95 ias, but none of them mention anything about with fant aura. I figure I could have an act 1 merc with a faith bow, and that would help with ias and dmg. I get confused as heck with the ias from fant aura. So how much would you need assuming you got bottom roll on faith, and how much if you got top roll faith? Thanks for the help.

Fanat aura does not effect bearforms.

it doesn't effect atk speed, or power? what about other buff auras like might?

It gives damage but the speed isn't effected.

For 3FPA, you need 95wias(IAS on your weapon). Basically, get a Jeweler's Runic Talons of Quickness(3os, 40ias) and throw 2 shaels and an ias jewel in it. Ta da. Of course, they are rarer than a diamond the size of my fist, so they'll probably be worth a bit, or not much, depends on who you trade with/shop. Fanaticism won't affect the speed at all, but will give you a little damage boost, of course, Bearsins usually rely on CB to kill PvM, so work on that too.

Yes you can, but it wouldn't effect it since you're in bearform.

Only way to get 3 FPS is the above mentioned claw (Runics or Greater Claw type only) on a Bearsin, Beast is only used for the Bearform and you still are only doing Normal Attacks in Bearform, You can't use a shield as block will slow you, or a second Claw (If you have 2 of the above claw I guess you could use that off hand?) as it's speed won't make the grade. Crushing Blow is the key for damage with CTC (no slowing animation type spells) and Poison/elemental being the only thing that will add to it.
It's a limited and very UGLY build to make.
But then it was SSog's Idea.

This is sorta OT, but still related to Bearsins. If one were to charge up an assassin skill then switch to beast and go to Bear then normal attack, would it release? Just wondering.

You need either of these 2 claws.

Jewelers or Artisans Greater Talon of Quickness
Jewelers or Artisans Runic Talon of Quickness

Any other claw would be to slow to hit the 3fpa breakpoint.
