Which Build?

Im new to Diablo, even though I have a level 84 Barb, and a 75 Necro, I bought the game like a couple of weeks ago. I dont have any twinking equipment at all. I sort of dont know which build to choose, so Im asking which you guys would recommend for me.

There are only 2 builds that I am choosing from.

So if someone could please suggest something. And please dont say go mfing on your Barb or necro. I prefer the challenge of playing untwinked. Cookies to whoever can tell me which one to choose. Remember, Im a beginner, and no twinking!

I say Pure lighting, pure because i have one and it pwns :). I can easily do fridge wp, pindle, arcane, black marsch all by myself :)

I say CL/FO. Not as much damage as pure lightning, but can take out LIs without infinity or relying on your merc.

I would go for dual elements when playing untwinked. Not being able to kill 1/3 of the monsters in the game agonizes me.

I am mostly in it to MF, I dont really like a Meteorb, it just doesnt appeal to me. So which one is better for Mfing also?

The CL/FO that you mentioned is dual element, so it works.

Without an Infinity runeword (expensive), a pure-lightning sorc will mostly be limited to some act boss and Pindleskin runs. CL/FO will be slightly slower at those, but it will also be able to tackle level85 areas (where almost every item in the game can drop).

... I agree with AnimeCraze's and Buu's points about the appeal of dual-elements.

Couldn't there be a dual elemental with blizzard?
I miss the punch that blizzard gives.
Does CB works when synargized? (has good min damage)
