Q about angelics set

Well ive been on the arreat summit looking at the angelics set and se nothing reallr special about it.But i saw a game HR for andelics.I had a level 15 pally with full set including 2 rings.I got into the game he throws a mal up in trade window,I throw the set into trade window,sit there for a sec and get the green check mark.I asked why he would make such a trade , he replies OMFG UR A NOOB YOU DONT KNOW? I asked him to enlighten me,He tells me if i dont know he aint tellin.I figured maybe it was a duped rune and worst case i lost low level set.Well thats been over a week ago and the rune hasnt poofed so im guessing it isnt a dupe.But anywho whats up with the angelics set?

If so the AR bonus for wearing the Ammy + 2 rings is crazy good. Not the best but still very good.

He was a barb actually but he was level 2 and his name had mule in it so i assume that that char was a mule
