Password recovery problem

This is the series of the events:

1. I had an account with no email address for password recovery
2. Later I added an email address. It said "If you had a different email address before, you will get an email to complete it". As there was no email address before, there's nothing to complete.
3. I changed the password.
4. Out of curiosity I clicked on password recovery. I to had enter the email address for proof and it said "You will get an email to complete the password change".

I'm waiting for an hour now. No email so far. When creating a new account with an email address, I normally get the email very quickly. Did I screw something up or am I just too impatient ? The email address is definitely correct.

BTW, the account is empty, so I won't lose anything.

i tired that too, i dont think you can change your email if you didnt sign up with one when your acct was created

Hmm I can only think of two things:

Either you mistyped something in the email address before you submitted it, which would cause you never to get the email -or- it might have hit your spam folder or something.

I know you said the address is correct, but there have been one or two times when I was in a situation like that and actually did type it wrong, even though I was sure that I did it right.

I'm just shooting in the dark here anyways, I've never done the email adress thing with a DII account. I was just leaving the game when that came into effect.

Well, it's just about the account "krischan" which has been used by somebody else for a mule trade, so I asked him to let me claim that account for myself, so nobody can scam in my name in Europe :azn:

Note to self. Attempt to create the account "krischan" on Europe realm in 90 days.
