Hellfire Torch

Hi,

I was just wondering if you can do the quest to get the Hellfire torch multiple times and if you can get the benefits of more than one at a time. For example, can I have two Sorc Hellfire torches in my inventory and get +6 to all skills? thanks!

Nope. One per character.

As said, 1 per character. You can however do Uber Trist for torches as many times as you can, however you'll need another char/friend to pick up the new torch if you're using one.

Okay, I'm making an uber trister, but I'll be going solo. After the run, can you go and put your torch in your town box, and then pick up your fresh new torch?

Or, is it "no more than one torch per character, period"? Like a horadric cube?

You can only have one in your stash/cube/inventory at the same time, if you are carrying a torch anywhere on your char you will need to pick it up by another char.

However you can do it like this: When you've killed all the three fellas is trist go to town and drop the torch you are using there. Then go back and pick up the torch. Go to town and drop the newly found torch, pick up your first torch. Then save and exit, enter with another char that isn't carrying a torch and pick it up.

For this to work you will have to, just like when you are muling, make sure the game has been up for at lest five minutes so that it's permed (permed meaning it will not dissapear if nones in it for 5[???] minutes).
