Hey guys, I know this question has been asked probably over 100 times but I'm having some trouble. I have a level 81 Wind Druid that is in very poor gear and was wondering where I could possibly start hunting for stuff to trade or runes and the like?

I know that once I get an enigma my life will get so much easier but right now I have no idea how to even acquire 2 HRs. People have said to run the pit but I've only been finding socketed crud that isn't worth anything.

Run NM because it's much faster. Gather pg's and trade those for basic equipment (Islestrike, Fleshrender, whatever) or runes like Pul. Forget about Enigma, that's an armor you won't easily acquire.

What kinds of things should I run that are fast without having teleport?

what has worked best for me is doing key runs, kill the countess, and the summoner several times, and if u can handle nithlazk, go for him. At a good rythm u can get many keys, and trade them for ists and such, and in the way find some uniques, runes and many gems...

The problem is heading to the Countess the archers and ghosts that are immune to physical and cold kill me real quick.

Also with no teleport Nithalak and The Summoner would take a great deal of time to get to them.

If you're on east sc ladder, let me know in game.

May have some medium items you could use, maybe help you do some runs.

I would recommend that you start trading pgems on jsp.

Everytime you see a battle.net game with a title like "40pgems4pul" go buy the gems. Then go over to jsp and sell the stack of gems for fg (about 15 fg per 40 gems on eascl). Now you can use the fg to buy more puls (15fg will get you 2x pul on eascl or 12fg will get you an um).

As you can see, there is a loophole in the trade values. Pgems are worth twice as much on jsp.

If you decide to go this route, i can drop you enough fg to get started.

Advertizing another site is not allowed here.

And that site is full of dupers and duped items.

To answer the question, there are many routes to wealth. Pick a item or a few items that you can get to with resonable ease. And gather all the low items that have trade value, perfect gems, ral runes, amn runes, hel runes, ort runes, and any run above sol. You can trade all of these to crafters for a resonable price.

THe other fast way is keys. There are only 3 maps on the way to nik, and once you know them getting to him is very fast. ATM 5 keysets on ladder on USwest gets a hr.

1) I was not advertising another site, by any means. If its against the rules to make informative posts, that may happen to "mention" another webiste, I am guilty as charged.

2) To say that the above mentioned website is "full of dupers and duped items" is very naive. I happen to know many people that use both this site and the other, myself included. Both have there perks and pitfalls. To be honest, I have encountered more people trading in dupes (hrs) here, then on the "other" site.

3) I will agree that key running is decent path to wealth (albeit quite boring).
