Well i'm not really experienced with javazon builds, but i'm pretty sure anyone knowledgeable in this forum will say slvl 9 Pierce after +skills when using Razortail is a must (that gives 102% pierce being 100% the cap). Judging from the gear you posted it seems you still lack some pierce. Also a valk is something to consider. Even with just 1 hard point after +skills it can be of some use.
