Does feral rage work with fury?

I sometimes use feral rage to get the run speed of my fury druid up.
Was wondering if the life leech works with fury.

as long as the red ball is up, you'll be leeching life=)

EDIT: unless they can't be leeched of course, ie skeletons etc=P
