Ondal´s disturbance?

Hey, I have heard a couple of times while baaling ppl say "hey don´t use ondal", now that I found one, I see it has +% of exp gained. Is that exp being stolen from other players or what? Thank you in advance.

You'll notice that the mod for +experience is worded the same as that on the Anni, yet people don't make you unequip an Anni when doing runs. So those that yell and scream at you to remove the Ondals are simply very gulible.
