Im very new to bnet, my fourth day, basically.
I've had 3 complete interrupts, one which resulted in "temporarily restricted, please log in at another time" (and I was surely not switching characters at the time). In addition, while there were lots of times things went quite smoothly, there were about 15 periods of about 5 to almost 20 minutes each where I was experience HUGE lag (almost 30 seconds, despite the normal numbers /fps was showing me).
Is this normal? Or have the past few days been particularly miserable?
(This is on Europe, if that matters.)
If this is normal, I really dont know what to say. How can you put up with it?

I haven't really played last week, but I have experienced serious lag-issues as well. And for no apparant reason too. I think you just have to live with it. I normally just s/e if it gets too hot around my feet. It usually settles down when I make a new game, makes sense since you likely switch to another server.

In my experience, lag tends to be localized to specific servers. My best guess is that Blizz is either doing some sort of routine automated maintenance or someone is using that server to dupe.

Easiest thing to do is to just make another game, as Crowd Control said.

I have noticed the odd rather bad moment but generally it's OK.

For the last two weeks, I have had much more (and longer) lag spikes. It just comes and goes at random...:undecided:
