Ideal Necro/Merc Uber Equip...

I was just wondering if the stats guys had an answer for the safest/fastest Necro (summon)/Merc equipment for Uber torch running?

1)Which polearm is the best for merc? (Cryptic axe for damage?, Giant Thresher for speed?)

2)Which runeword is best for polearm? (Infinity? (I do have maxed mages), Obedience?)

3)Best merc armor? (Duress?, Treachery?, Chains of Honor?)

4)Merc helm? (Guillaume's? (Um), Vampire Gaze? Kira's?, not sure what else?)

5)Any other advise/suggestions are welcome.

This is my set-up for necro ubering:

Shako um'd
Mara's/3 summon switch for brebuff
aokl prebuff/beast on switch
+3 boneflame for prebuff/homo um'd on switch
enigma
trang gloves
arachnid mesh
ravenfrost/soj
marrows
torch
anni
gheeds
4 summon skillers

merc

infinity eth thresher
70 kiras um'd
eth coh

works fine. Summon as many urdars as possible, Get in there, run anti-clockwise from top of area, bring out meph, kock him down. Bring out baal, knock him down, bring out dia (all mages die suddenly!) Knock him down, grab torch. Bang, takes about 3 minutes.

hw can you grab torch with torch equipped? i thought you could only have one... :P

Once the run is over, you drop your torch in town and bring the new torch in and see if it's any good.
