Need more FCR

I was looking at my gear and it seems like I have plenty of mana health and MF but it seems like I lack FCR. Im wondering where I can get more without sacrificing too much. Im a level 70 meteorb sorc and this is my gear

Shako with topaz
Skulders with topaz
Occy
Rhyme runeword in spiked shield
Chance guards
30 mf greaves
Goldwrap
Tals ammy
2 Nagels


Any opinions?

The first thing that jumps out at me is your shield. You could switch it for a few different things: Lidless Wall for 20% FCR or Spirit for 35%. Second option would be change the Chance Guards for Magefist, you'll get +1 fire skills and 20% FCR. Otherwise you could try gambling amulets to get a +2 sorc skills/FCR one. Obviously you don't need all of these changes, just what would get you to the breakpoint you're looking for.

Well when i read that i went into my stash and it turns out I have 2 sets of TalThulOrtAmn runes. What should I pop it in?

lowest str req shield that isnt pally only is a monarch at 156 str. put it in one of them.

ug 156?? My str is only 121 till i can use my low torch at 75 which will give me +13. Should I put 22 points in str?

If so would using the socket quest on a white monarch be a good idea or would it add more than 4 sockets?

Spirit is well worth it, unless you are blocking.

The quest reward will give 4 sockets.

well i traded a Um that dropped of radament for treks and a spirit monarch. Hope it was worth it. Now its just a matter of getting 75 so i can get enough str.
