"join game" window

I cant understand the "join game" windows in b.net.

Which order games are listed?
If I'm a "slayer" (already cleared normal), I'll see normal dificulty games in "join game" window?? If not, the only way to play normal dificulty games while being a slayer (or superior) is by creating one?

You will be shown games on the highest difficulty that character can go. Which means slayer xx will only see nm games. Once you beat nm, you can only see hell games. You will need a character on normal to find normal games for your slayer to join. Blizzard did not design this well.
