You can get kills on a bearsin in pubs but its not viable against any real dueler.
Basically, every assassin in pvp is based around stunlocking, mindblast, traps. If you dont use those your build is not viable for pvp, aside from pking some pvmers in pubs. You can try to stunlock -> telestomp -> wereform -> attack but really thats more fooling around than anything else, because if you can pull that off you could have killed the opponent with a dtalon, dclaw, or wwsin build faster doing the same thing, minus the wereform shift.
There was a vid of an ursa bear beating down many pubs but.. none of those were good duelers. Still would be something you might wanna watch. I dont have a link handy, maybe someone else can post it if they have the link handy?
edit: oh and btw, this is Zaiychik here, we talked on jsp last week, how'd your kicksin project go?

I can't speak from experience of playing a bearsin, however I don't see it being a solid dueler outside of pubs. Like all shifters, they're not going to have the mobility of the other 94 percent of bnet that uses Enigma. While a bear assassin may have an incredibly fast attack, it's not going to be hitting the inane damage that fireclaws can (which is one frame slower). On top of this, you're stuck with bears' naturally poor faster hit recovery and block framerates. This is all in addition to not having access to an assassin's best tools, traps + mindblast stunning.
That said, if you've got the resources for one, the artisan's greater or runic of quickness in particular, it could be a fun char to pub with. Speaking from experience now, bear 'zons are probably a little more viable due to their sheer tankage potential. They do however suffer from the same mobility and fhr/fbr issues, and ar is hard to come by. Their buggy dodge animation alone though garners lots of comments in pubs (what I sarcastically refer to as "bearzon hax!" ingame), and being able to walk up and swat ww barbs without a scratch nine times out of ten make them worth their while.
Both would be fun builds, but in the end they're just that.
saying that could u link me to the amazon bear build plz
tbh im made on bear chars and trying to develop a bear paladin also ill priob make all 4 bear pala ama assasin sorc ^^

Sure thing, here's Gimmershred's PvP Guide for Fuzzydodgers (Bearamazons) (http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=398808).
What realm are you on by chance? I've got a bearzon on east nl, and I know there was one running around west (there's even a video of thatwasshocking dueling with his in the video thread in the pvp forum stickies).

here is the vid i made a while back of my bearsin.
It's kinda distorted and vs any really dedicated dueller you won't have a high chance of winning, but in some pubs it can be a lot of fun.

p.s. cool to see my old guide quoted but that one is for bearama's , not assasins.
